Railroad Rescue Game

It's a familiar scene in books and movies believed to have first appeared in a play by Charles Bolton called The Engineer in 1863. A person is tied to a rail track and the villain watches on as a train hurtles towards them finishing the person off and you would get the impression that this was a regular occurrence in the wild west. Yes, it did happen, but rarely and as copycat crimes of fiction and the idea started to appear in numerous mid 19th century works. The first reported real life incident occurred in 1874 when a Frenchman was robbed and tied to a railroad track. He managed to escape but couldn't untie one of his feet in time so his leg was cut off by the train below the knee. There were other reports including that of a kidnapped 13yr old boy in 1881 and further instances in 1905, 1906 and 1907. Now see if you can free the girl in this railroad rescue game! If you get stuck, we've come to your rescue with a video walkthrough below.
